Roulette is a very popular game throughout Europe and North America. To win, predict where the ball will come to rest on the Roulette wheel.

The roulette wheel consists of numbers 1 – 36, alternately coloured red and black, plus 0 and 00, which are green. The dealer spins the Roulette wheel and spins the ball in the opposite direction.

Wagers can be placed on individual numbers or groups of numbers. To bet, simply place your chips on the numbered table layout. Inside bets are made with non-value chips, which you must purchase from the dealer prior to placing your bet. Outside bets are made with value chips or non-value chips. When the ball begins to drop, the dealer will announce that there are no more bets.

Once the ball comes to rest, the dealer marks the winning number on the layout and pays all winning bets. See the chart below for payouts.

Value and Non-value chips

Value chips are used for betting on all table games. They may be purchased at any casino table and may only be redeemed at the cashier. Non-value chips are used on Roulette only. Each player receives different coloured chips to avoid confusion. Non-value chips must be exchanged for value chips before leaving the table.

Cameras are positioned above the Roulette table. The action is projected live onto a screen in front of the Roulette link terminals. When the ball drops into the winning number, it is detected by the electronic reader and the winning number is transmitted to your touch screen Roulette terminal.

Insert bank notes into the terminal. Credits (chips) will be automatically registered in the terminal and displayed on the screen. When the green Place Your Bets is shown on the screen, touch the screen where you want to place your chips – one touch one chip, two touches two chips, etc. The value of your chips staked will be deducted from your credits.

Press 5x or 10x at the bottom of the terminal to increase your chip value. The dealer on the live table spins the ball. When “no more bets” is highlighted on the screen, it is not possible to change, add or remove chips for that spin. The terminal is locked out.

The winning number is highlighted in blue on the terminal and all winning bets are paid out. Your winnings are shown in the Win box before being added to your credits. Choose whether to take your winnings (credits) or continue to play.  To take the winnings, press the cash button. A receipt is produced which will be exchanged for cash at the cash desk.
