Fiscal Year 2010/11

In 2010/11, BCLC distributed $1.104 billion to the Government of B.C. for programs that enrich lives in communities throughout the province, with $691.8 million directed by Government to consolidated revenue for public service programs, including health care and education.

Support of Municipal Government Programs

Host local governments where our casinos and community gaming centres are located received $82.3 million. Local governments use these funds to benefit their communities.

Support of Community Programs

In 2010/11, more than 6,000 charitable and community organizations received $135 million in gaming grants administered by Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
