Neil McDonnell was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Philips Lighting (TIR Systems) a world leader in the design of solid state LED lighting products.  Prior to this, Mr. McDonnell served as Chief Operating Officer of Mobile Data Solutions International, who developed work force management solutions for utility and communication markets.  He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Intrinsyc Software, a firm developing internet-enabled intelligent devices for Fortune 500 customers.  Mr. McDonnell is a 25 year veteran of the high technology industry and has held senior management positions at several BC technology companies built on the experience gained earlier in his career at Northern Telecom (now Nortel).
