Michael Riley retired from Ernst & Young LLP in September 2006 as a senior Audit Partner after a career of more than 25 years with the firm. In addition to his BCLC responsibilities, Mr. Riley is also a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Seacliff Construction Corp. Within his community, he is a member of the Board of the Vancouver Symphony Society and the BCAA Traffic Safety Foundation. Previously, Mr. Riley served on the Board and was Treasurer of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC and Yukon and was a member of the Economic Development Committee of the Vancouver Board of Trade. Mr. Riley received his Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, his Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
