BCLC's Procurement Department sources goods and services through qualified suppliers through transparent, equitable, fair and ethical bidding processes. Purchasing decisions are made to provide the best life cycle value for dollar spent, while giving the best possible service to internal and external customers. How to Respond to a BCLC Bid CompetitionTo respond, interested suppliers should refer to response instructions included in each bid document. Responses must be received by the closing date and time. Electronic copies are preferred. However, a hard copy may be requested. In the case of a hard copy, the response must be correctly labeled as specified in the bid document. It may be sent to BCLC's head office by registered mail or prepaid courier or delivered by hand. Any costs incurred by bidders in the preparation and presentation of their quote will be at their own expense.
