David W. Gillespie

David W. Gillespie recently retired from the practice of law with the firm of Gillespie Renkema Barnett Broadway in Kamloops, BC and holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of British Columbia.  His law practice was concentrated on commercial, corporate and real estate development projects.

Over the past fifteen years he has served on the Board of the British Columbia Automobile Association and in that capacity has held the offices of Chair, Vice-Chair, Audit Committee Chair and Governance Committee Chair.

Mr. Gillespie joined the Board of British Columbia Lottery Corporation in 2005 and is currently Chair of the Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee.
