Terry Towns

Terry Towns is responsible for all aspects of security, compliance, legal services, privacy and Freedom of Information administration. He leads the development and implementation of corporate security and compliance policies and procedures for BCLC, our players and service providers.

Prior to joining BCLC, Terry spent 29 years with the RCMP, retiring with the rank of Inspector. He served primarily in organized crime roles, in both Alberta and British Columbia, which included Inspector in Charge, Greater Vancouver Drug Section.

Terry graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta, and since that time has taken part in a variety of ongoing training events and courses related to Crime Investigations and Security. Terry is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of the Segal School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
