Scott Norman is responsible for providing strategic and operational technology support, including business and technology innovation, application and game development and business system support. He has operational responsibility for staff who provide services and support for all gaming and business systems, network technologies, data centre operations, client services and computer security.

Scott joined BCLC in 2004 as Vice-President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. His background includes extensive IT consulting experience and senior executive positions in IT.
