Lynette Hughes is responsible for providing corporate wide business transformation initiatives to align people, business models and technology of the organization with its business strategy. She has operational responsibility for the program management office, the corporate policy and planning office, and the business transformation functional areas.

Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick. She provided consulting and training services to both the construction and information technology industries before joining BCLC in 2003. Her previous roles at BCLC include Director, Lottery Systems Group; Director, Program Management Office; and Executive Director, Player Relations.
