- What is Players eClub?
Players eClub is a membership service that allows players to participate in BCLC contests, email subscriptions such as eNewsletters, Jackpot Alerts, and Sports Action Menus.
Registration
- If I had a Player Services account, do I need to re-register to participate in Players eClub?
No. If you had a Player Services account, you will be able to login to Players eClub with the same username and password that you had with Player Services. You will continue to receive the same subscriptions that you had subscribed to in Player Services, but those subscriptions will now come from Players eClub. You can update any information and subscription membership on your Players eClub "My Profile" Page.
- If I had a Player Services account, do I need to re-register to keep participating in the email
subscriptions I used to receive?
No. If you had a Player Services account, you will continue to receive the same subscriptions that you had subscribed to in Player Services, but those subscriptions will now come from Players eClub. You can update any information and subscription membership on your Players eClub "My Profile" Page.
- Do I need a credit card or form of payment to register/participate?
No. Players eClub does not need confirmation of your identity through a credit card when registering and the membership is free of charge.
- Why do you ask for my address?
Players eClub asks for your mailing address to confirm that you are a resident of British Columbia. Any participant in Players eClub must be a resident of B.C.
- Will you mail me anything to the address I register with?
No. Players eClub will not mail you anything to your mailing address.
- Why do you ask for my personal information, like age?
Players eClub asks for your personal information because any participation in BCLC related products requires you to be 19 years of age and a resident of B.C.
- If I register for Players eClub, does that mean I am also registered for PlayNow?
No. Players eClub is a separate membership from PlayNow. PlayNow account information is not transferred to Players eClub account information. A player can use the same information but they will not be a member of both services.
- Can I let my spouse, friends, coworkers, or child participate in Players eClub using my account and password?
When registering you agreed to be responsible for ensuring the only you can use your account and password. If you feel your account has been compromised, please contact consumer services at 1-866-815-0222 for assistance.
- I think someone was using my Players eClub account to enter and/or sign up for email subscriptions without my knowledge. How do I unsubscribe and not participate?
If you feel your account has been compromised or you would like to retract your membership, please contact consumer services at 1-866-815-0222 for assistance.
Your Account
- Can I unsubscribe to the emails that I chose to sign up for when I registered?
Yes. You can unsubscribe to Players eClub email subscriptions by changing your Players eClub "My Profile" settings.
- Can I change the types of subscriptions I’ve chosen to sign up for?
Yes. You can change the settings to your Players eClub email subscriptions by changing your Players eClub "My Profile" settings.
- What commitments does BCLC make to Players eClub members?
A player can trust that we:
- Respect privacy: Inform players why we are collecting personal information and how that information will be used. A player’s right to privacy is protected under the B.C. Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- Restrict play to adult: To play, a player must be nineteen years of age or older.
- Only allow B.C. residents to participate.
- Can I access my PlayNow wallet and information through Players eClub?
No. Players eClub is a separate membership from PlayNow. PlayNow account information is not transferred to Players eClub account information.
- If I change my profile on Players eClub does that change the information I have on my PlayNow account?
No. Players eClub is a separate membership from PlayNow. PlayNow account information is not transferred to Players eClub account information.

- What is eClub News?
Players eClub News is a monthly newsletter that is sent out to subscribers via email. It provides updates on special offers, latest promotions and contests, casino, bingo, and lotteries news information, winner stories as well as corporate news.
- What are Jackpot Alerts?
Players eClub Jackpot Alerts send subscribers the latest Jackpot only for Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Super 7. Jackpot Alerts are sent out via email, on a frequency based on the Jackpot threshold that a subscriber chooses. A subscriber can choose to receive Jackpot Alerts above or below the threshold of $5 Million Dollars est.
- What are Sports Action Menus?
Players eClub Sports Action Menus send the latest Sports Action Menus straight to your inbox. This allows players to be the first to know what’s happening in the Sports Action world.
Contests
- Do I have to re-register for Players eClub everytime I want to join a contest?
No. Players eClub allows you to register one time and enter all contests that are available to Players eClub members.
