Keno contest winner gets keys to Tahoe
Richmond BC, June 22, 2009 – Wanna Win a Truck?
Darcy Johnson wanted to, so he entered the BCLC Keno contest of the same name and wound up winning!
The 34-year-old Cranbrook man is now the proud owner of a 2009 Chevrolet® Tahoe® LTZ, with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $67,670.10 including applicable taxes.
"This is absolutely awesome," said Darcy who received the keys to his new truck at Shenanigan's Pub in Cranbrook, where he purchased his winning Keno ticket. "I'm not sure I can drive it just yet. I'm still shaking."
Once he does start driving, he likely won't want to stop, according to GM representative, Paul Lescisin.
"The 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ is a premium sport utility vehicle, equipped with such features as a sunroof, DVD entertainment system, 20" chrome wheels, and heated and cooled leather seats. Every aspect of the Tahoe wraps its occupants in elegance, and it offers outstanding fuel economy as well. Without question, it would be very difficult to find a nicer prize than a new Tahoe LTZ!"
Congratulations Darcy, drive safely and thanks for playing Keno!
