Marsha Walden

Marsha Walden leads a cross-functional team focused on driving player-centric business strategies for the corporation. She has responsibility for transforming how BCLC approaches product innovation and enterprise-level marketing. Her staff - in player relations, consumer research, customer call centre, customer relationship management and corporate marketing - represent the organization's chief player advocates and act as change agents for leveraging multiple sales channels.
Marsha joined BCLC in 2002. Most recently, she was Vice-President, Community Gaming where she championed the transformation of the bingo industry to the community gaming centre model marketed under the Chances brand. Her background includes spearheading major new BCLC initiatives, such as the PlayNow gaming site, as well as more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications for Canadian clients in a broad range of industries.
Marsha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. |
