  As it is BCLC's practice to withdraw all tickets for Scratch & Win games featuring top prize amounts of $500,000 or more when those top prizes have all been claimed, the Set For Life ticket appearing below left (Game Number # 379722-02) is now being removed from retail stores province-wide.

  BCLC (British Columbia Lottery Corporation) is making changes to PlayNow.com to respond to evolving player and online gaming market demand and offer British Columbians legal gaming options where revenue generated stays in BC to benefit all residents.

  On May 29, 2007 the B.C. Ombudsman issued a report on BCLC's lottery business with 23 recommendations for improvements to our player protection and validation procedures. Government and BCLC accepted all of the Ombudsman's recommendations and developed 'Player First,' a comprehensive response to implementing all 23 recommendations - and in many cases going even further - to put the player first.
• Wednesday, May 28, 2008 - Money Laundering and Suspicious Currency Transaction Reporting at B.C. Casinos
  Today, a letter to John Van Dongen, Acting Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, from John McLernon, BCLC Board Chair, was tabled in the B.C. Legislature. The letter summarizes the actions being taken by British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and overseen by the Board in relation to money laundering and suspicious currency transactions reported at BCLC's gaming facilities.
